Ponent

The Western district on the island of Mallorca has a special charm. At the most western end of the Andratx coast, opposite San Telmo, is the island of Sa Dragonera, a virgin island that is a Natural Park and one of the most beautiful spots of the archipelago. This is also where Serra de Tramuntana begins, a mountain range that is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. 

Connection to the city of Palma de Mallorca and to the airport is extremely fast, as there is a motorway that crosses the whole Ponent district. There is also an extensive commercial offer, as well as excellent sports, healthcare and educational facilities. 

The Ponent or western district includes the towns of Andratx and Calvià, which boast the highest number of luxury residential areas on the island. The exclusive marinas of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano, 5* Grand Luxury hotels, golf courses. These are just some of the attractions available in this district. Without forgetting, of course, the wonderful beaches and bays, which serve as the ideal landscape for the luxury mansions that are spread throughout this area. 

There are several world-class residential areas in the Ponent district, such as Portals Nous, Santa Ponsa and Port d’Andratx, as well as villages with great tradition such as Calvià, Es Capdellà, Andratx and S’Arracó.
