The house has one level with four double bedrooms, two with bathroom en suite. The master suite has double door and access to the garden overlooking the sea. Next to the kitchen we find a single room with bunk bed and a private bathroom, practical for the house staff. Apart from that there is one full bathroom shared by two bedrooms and a guest toilet next to the living room. There is a great possibilty to build an addional floor and also expand a a part of the lower floor.

Supermaresme is a luxury urbanisation half an hour outside of Barcelona city . It offers a 24 hour security service as well as 24 hours of concierge service, tennis and paddle courts exclusively for the members of the urbanisation. Here you can book a court or why not an hour with a private trainer for some practice on your technique. The urbanisation is very well maintained, and at the far end forest area is perfect for hiking, running, biking or horseback riding. From the house you only have a few minutes drive down to the beautiful beach.

The north coast of Barcelona, Maresme, is very well connected to the city, you have a train leaving 3-4 times per hour which takes you straight into Plaza Cataluña. On the beach you will find beach restaurants aopened all year around, as well as some additional ones during the summer season. You also have the Port Balis with its big range of resturants and an active Nautic club. Here you can rent boats for a day out on the sea, or maybe take a sailing course or just enjoy some physical work out on a SUP board.

Close to the house you have no less then 2 golf courses. One is just at the feet of the urbanisation and the other one a 10 minutes drive away. Together with the above mentioned tennis courts, sailing club and horse riding club the area offers a fantastic range of activities as well as just calm days over looking the green nature and the blue sea. Yet you are only a 30 minutes drive away from the metropolitan city of Barcelona. On Thursday mornings you also have a lovely market on the main square of the village Sant Vicenc de Montalt. The market offers fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of them grown on the hills surrounding the village. On Friday mornings you have the market in the neighbouring village of Sant Andreu de LLavaneres, a five minutes drive from the house. This village also offers you a great selection of meat- and fish shops as well as bakerys. The grocery shops also offers home delivery if you wish.
