FAÇADES
The main façade consists of an exterior wall made of stone and plaster according to the project.
The exterior carpentry of the façade is made of wooden hinged balcony doors with thermal closing and double glazed windows with a “Climalit”, internal air chamber giving the house the thermal and acoustic comfort which comply with regulations. The shutters are made of wood by Librillo Móvil.
The Interior façade consists of an exterior wall with a coated finish according to the project. The exterior carpentry is composed of aluminum hinged balconies doors with thermal break as well as thermal closure and double glass with a “Climalit” internal air chamber giving the house the thermal and acoustic comfort which comply with regulations. The blinds can be rolled up.

ROOF
The communal roof is flat inverted with insulation and asphalt sheet waterproofing with a stone finish. Access for maintenance and conservation of facilities is enabled from the roof.

DIVISONS
The dividing walls between the common areas and apartments are constructed of solid plastered ceramic brick wall and a semi-partition of interior plasterboard made for acoustic insulation.
The interior divisions between the apartments are made of solid ceramic brick walls and two semi-partition walls made of interior plasterboard with mineral wool for acoustic insulation. The internal partitions between the various rooms of the house are made up of plasterboard partition walls with built-in thermal insulation. Anti-humidity plasterboard plates are used in humid areas.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY
The interior doors have a white, smooth lacquered finish with aerators incorporated in the frame for compliance with health standards according to TBC (Technical Building Code).

CEILINGS
The stair cases have a ceiling with plastered finish and the false apartment interior ceilings are made plasterboard.

FLOORING
The general interior flooring, hall, living room - dining room, foyer and bedrooms is made of a synthetic laminate parquet from the company ROBLE LIVINGSTONE LIGHT with white lacquered wooden skirting board. In the kitchen, the floor is made of ceramic stoneware from INALCO, (Model Handraft Deco Gris Natural).
Stoneware flooring from MARAZZI (Model Plaster Butter) is placed in the bathrooms. The ground floor terraces have a ceramic flooring from CERIM (Model Details Wood Brown). The roof flooring is from MARAZZI (Model Treverkhome Larice20).
